I moved in around May 2007. Although the management is very friendly and helpful, and any maintenance issues that arise are taken care of ASAP...the trees have pollen and dust falling from them constantly, so it does no good to wash your car, unless you want to pay 20 extra dollars a month for covered parking. The utilities are NOT included, which I found strange. Spiders are EVERYWHERE! I have a little baby, and there were three hanging from the celing above the crib! (particularly Brown Recluse- go to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_recluse_spider to see how dangerous they are!!)
I think it's because of the millions of trees and bushes that surround the entire complex. I wouldn't advise taking children to play in the play area...the pool is full of green slime, and the play gym is made out of wood...OLD cracking wood...that I am sure is infested with spiders, since the entire apartmet complex is shrouded in forestry!!

I think Sunset Ridge is a very nice and peaceful property. The trees make the porperty. It stays freah and cool durning the summer months. If there is a problem with spiders then I would go talk to the nice staff they have at Sunset and let them know and they will take care of the spider porblem. When people come out and look at the property they should see there are alot of trees on the property and should of thought about that before they move in. Tree's do carry spiders thats only common sense. So why complain now!! Oh yeah, anyone with the screen name hotmama don't really know the hell is going on. So either go live some where else or deal with the spiders. Oh another thing every where you go now days you have to pay water and sewer, call around and you'll you that. if you do find a place that don't charge water and sewer thats a place you may not want to live because i'm sure its the getto.!!
