I've been living here for almost a year and was foolish enough to sign a year lease. The management is terrible. I had a leak in my roof for over a month. And the property manager talks down to tenants. When I had an ant infestation, not my doing I happen to be a neat freak, it took three months before it was really taken care of. I'm still afraid to keep any fruit in the apartment. There are quite a few shaddy characters who live here and hang outside the doorways at all hours of the day. The parking lot is poorly lit and just down right creepy to walk to your car if its dark out. Not to mention that cars get broken into all the time.
