I move to the verandas thinking that the more money you pay for the rent the better the service will be. They try to do some work around the place, but I guess they hired some cousins of theirs to do the work. It was good for a few days and then it went to ---- just like before. As for the personals they have at the office, they really need to trained them for the job not for the looks. Yes unfortunately I lived their for a few month, and regret living there. I wish I had never signed a lease with them. I found better apartments for less money after leaving there for a few months. I hope this message gets to people trying to move here since the VERANDAS like to bad mouth their tenants once they live their complex even thought they hate to see their tenats go some where else.
