MANAGEMENT COMPANY KNOWN TO HASSLE

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
When we moved out management company was such a hassle to deal with.
Living there as long as we did we ought to be treated better after spending an excess of 20,000 in rent in the time that we lived there, giving back a small deposit should have been done very timely.
The infractions made regarding the deposit were a direct breach of all landlord/tenent laws in Washington state.
When this was brought to their attention it did'nt seem to matter what so ever.
Management company is the MAN!
Infractions like these were both unlawful and time consuming for us; the tenant.
My personal thought is that the management company has made the policy to wait the tenant out regarding the return of deposits.
Hoping that you will forget or grow tired of getting your money back.
Lies as to its mailing were made on nearly a daily basis.
Be forewarned, do NOT expect your deposit back...
One more point, on site manager spoke very little english making for communication breakdowns and liked to close office before your return for from work. (9-5 mon-fri. closed saturday's.)
