After reading the reviews, I think that obviously it was someone who had a grudge against the manager herself. Belinda, is the kindest and nicest manager we've had so far. The property is great and located in a beautiful area of University Place. Its nice and quiet in my apartment and I have wonderful neighbors. Please definately consider here when moving! The manager and the property make it well worth the price! =)
