I am a current tenant who is very disappointed with the response time of work orders. The complex seemed nice with the jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool but the only place that looks taken care of is the rental office. I'm currently in litigation with them about a mold/mildew in a previous unit. I have recently wrote a letter to the Better Business Bureau to complain about them. Recently, I've also submitted an email to KING-TV's KING Investigators about Apartment Maintenance. I suggest past and present tenants who were/are unhappy to make your voice heard to make some positive changes and hold landlords accountable. I currently in the process of purchasing a house. Please use any avenue of consumer protection. Help keep tenants from being taken advantage of.
