I live in the mid-level apartment, and when I noticed leaking coming from our ceiling I notified the office. They finally sent someone up after about 25 minutes. I had to get them to come BACK because for some reason, they went back down to the office after looking over the damage...thats when they finally went into the apt upstairs and vacuumed up the water.. I had bubbles down the wall in BOTH of my bathrooms, my carpet had the horrible smell of mildew, and my ceiling was falling down. They told me they would come back to fix all of it, which never happened. And just recently the hose came off our washer and flooded our apartment which leaked through to the downstairs...and they let us know we're resposible for ALL the damages.. all the damages that they'll never ever fix.
Dont live here, its NOT worth the money!
