i have lived here less than a month and when we moved in the place was disgusting. they was no refrigerator or dryer. there was no light globe in the hallway, the floor in both the kitchen and the bathroom were torn and bowed up,the sink in the bathroom leaked and still does,there are no screens on the porch or the windows,the pool,hotub,and weight room were horrible. the hottub down in phase two was never hot always cold, the pool was scummy in phase 1 and the hotub is being redone. the overall apperance of this place is nice until you go inside. they show you a beautiful model and when you go to move in they wont let you see the place before you sign for the keys and when you do all your hopes and dreams are shattered.
