Don't do it! Our toilet was broken for two days in a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. That wasn't a concern to the staff. The grounds are shabby, dirty and it's very loud late at night. Shouting, loud music, no security patrol. On new years eve there were kids in the parking lot firing guns at the apartments. Children are allowed to run loose with no supervision and play in the parking lots. People speed through the parking lots. The lights going up the hill have been broken so many times they have quit replacing them. There are huge potholes going up the hill as well. Black mold was growing in the culk of our bath tub. It took a week to have someone strip it out and re-culk the tub. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else!!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
