Over all office personnel are awesome. They know you by name and always treat you with a friendly demeanor. Tee managers, Anna and Tammy need a few lessons in people skills. They lack the professionalism that is becoming of a good management team. They could take a few lessons from the office workers; who without argument know how to treat their customers. My recommendation would be to clean house with the management and get someone in there who respects their customers.
