I lived at Chambers Creek for almost 5 years. I can say it was a very bad 5 years! The management is aweful. Their turnover rate makes it impossible to get things done. Maintenance takes forever. parking is a nightmare. Trying to get management to enforce noise, pet and parking rules is impossible. The place is practically a ghetto. My wife did not feel safe outside at night. The grounds look aweful. Outside night lighting goes out frequently and despite complaints takes many days to get fixed. The management ignores requests for costly repairs. The management is only interested in raising rent and getting a quick turn around of tenants so that they can raise rent. They don't care who they rent to. They get many deadbeats and lousy noisy tenants who make the place an over all nightmare. The ONLY reason I lived there that long was because I couldn't afford any other place. Oh yeah, make sure that you are VERY thorough on your initial walf through inspection. Because they will try to nail you for EVERYTHING when you leave. Better yet, don't even visit the place. You'd be better off trying another place. STAY AWAY!
