For the price of $460, it was okay. They gave us a handicap studio apatment which meant our bathroom was huge and we got lots less storage. The parking is a joke, you have to pay an extra $30 or something for a covered spot and they don't have that many covered spots so it may not be that close. Our apartment was broken into twice. Looks like they just grabbed a screw driver and popped off the sliding glass door handle. I suggest putting in a lock bar! They do have military discount when we were there so that was nice. We got all of our deposit back and they let us break contract becuase of the break-ins. I'd much rather have my stuff though. Laptop, x-box, even christmas presents were stolen. The cons outweigh the pros for us. The upstairs tenants were up all night. Many of the surrounding people, not just us, have complained about them, but they never were evicted. Dumpsters were always full, not enough bins and too many people. Trash was usually on the ground surrounding the dumpsters.
