These apartments are not the best to live in. The maintenance team is friendly but slow to come around when things break. Everything around here is cheap so it breaks often. So far, my faucet leaked, the dryer broke, the heaters are falling off the walls, and a couple cupboard doors fell off. Oh ya, and all the roof shingles blew off in the wind storm. Good luck finding a parking spot if you get here after 9pm or so. You are only assigned one and the "visitor" parking is very minimal so no small gatherings unless your people carpool or park a mile away. You will get your car booted for not obeying their assinine parking policy, but it's better than getting towed. After hours, this policy goes away and people park in front of the buildings and the fire hydrants. Good luck if you have an emergency and need an ambulance, you are on your own. One last thing. If you have a car that looks like it has ANYTHING of value in it, your stuff WILL get stolen.
