The positive part of this apartment is that in the summer time it doesn't get too hot because the windows face north and south. The bedroom and kitchen are relativley big, which is a bonus on my part. Quiet and nice residents, when it comes to fall and winter be afraid of mold because no matter what you do mold will grow in the bathroom and around the windows. Only some apartments have new storm windows, I don't know if those new ones grow mold or not but mine are old ones and not to mention some of the screens are missing.
