Looks not always correct

We moved in thinking it was a good value. It had all the amenities that we needed and the staff was great but we payed an arm and a leg for a one bedroom and we even had a military discount. The staff were all great and if we had any problems they always got fixed quickly. However, after a couple of months living there we noticed cars staring to get broken into (our truck was broken into in the middle of the day) and the kids (and I mean 7years and under) ran around unsupervised all day. In the middle of winter we had to call the cops because a two year old had been left outside in just a diaper. There were just too many kids at night playing in the dark streets and they wouldn't move for cars. We also had noise problems with the people above us and next door to us. Neighbors were a bit questionable and rude. Our down stairs neighbor was caught stealing gas from people's car gas tanks. It was just an all around weird experience. It was nice looking from the outside but the crime sent us packing especially with my husband being deployed and having an infant. I wouldn't live there again.
