I ran across this web site and was surprised to see negative feedback. I have lived at Seeley Lake (i'm a civilian) for approximately 2 years. I have had only positive experiences living here. The office staff is responsive and when I have a request to fix something in my apartment, it is always fixed the same day. There are occasional noise problems,but I think that is to be expected in any apartment living situation. I think that many of the poor responses are probably twisted. The customer service that I have received since living here has been exceptional.

I think the reason is because you are a civilian. The RPP program treats military differently by puting them in substandard apartments and charging higher rent. I am a civilian also but I work in this industry and I know that is exactly what they are doing. So you likely have a nicer apartment in a different area of the community because you paid a deposit and are likely to stay longer than the average military family. Seeley Lake should be ashamed of themselves.
