My husband and I were referred to these apts because the company (Equity Management) is also who manages base housing. When we found out that we would be paying 1250/month for a 3 bedroom we were ok with it. The way the apartments are shown via internet etc was definitely a case of MIS REPRESENTATION! Talk about false advertisements! I did not realize that these units have burber capeting (sorry but for that price they could at least went one step above burber) and out dated cabinetry and appliances. Absolutely ridiculous. The old washer/dryers (I mean old probably early 90's model) They are bad on water (which you the resident is responsible for paying) and the dryers take like 4 times to dry a single light load (which you the resident is responsible for paying the electric which is ok because you always no matter where you go have to pay for electric but it makes a significant difference when you keep having to re-dry loads). It's difficult because we do have a larger household or even if you just have a newborn to work with crappy w/d. They will NOT let you take them out and put in your water/electrical efficient ones. The bedrooms are not adequate for any bedroom sets. If you have more than a full size bed with 1 dresser your SOL. The second two bedrooms, if you have more than a bunk and a SMALL dresser your again SOL.

The amenities are DECENT. Not great but DECENT. However, don't leave ANYTHING laying around because crime is at it's peak apparently all the time.

The kids are great but the teens are definitely let loose all hours of the night but I guess that's more of the families responsibility than the complex.

Crime is high specifically within the complex. The rental insurance is definitely worth being mandatory with as many break ins that occur.

Parking is ok...spaces are VERY tight.

The walls are VERY thin!!!!! You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing!

The grounds are kept nicely!

maintenance....works well and are efficient.

Staff is ok...

Overall.....don't rent here unless it's your last resort. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Seems like most of the things you complain about are things you should have known before you rented. Size of bedrooms, burber carpet (I think the spelling is berber by the way), washer and dryer hookups are a thing of the past. Did they blindfold you too when they showed you the apartment? You complain that you can't just leave things laying around, where can you do that?
