When the new management company took over at the end of 2003, all the residents figured the place was going to go downhill. Not the case!! The person that first started at the builing for the new company was the best. She worked 7 days a week by herself, always stayed on top of the maintenance man. She genuinly seemed to care about what happened here. I don't know where she went but we all miss her. She was the best manager we ever had!!

That manager is gone now....The main company doesn't really care about the tenants and there are a lot of vacancies. They had great management for years - before Dobler.
