The view is awesome if you are on the side facing the water. Management is friendly and responsive. The building is old, but it has been taken good care. I did encounter few water pressure/cold water problems over my residency, but it's getting better. However, the laundry room is a problem. They don't have enough dryers, so make sure you do your laundry on the weekdays. The elevators are old. Parking is free if you park in the unassigned uncovered parking lot.
