I lived here for over a year and had numerous problems with the management. They lied when called for references, saying we were late with rent when we had receipts showing every month was paid on time. They repeatedly threatened to evict us for things like coming down the stairs too loudly or pushing too many buttons on the elevator (a one time, apparently unfunny, joke). There also seemed to be a certain animosity towards hetrosexual people in the building. The worst offense however was a Saturday morning fire drill which we were not notified about. They unlocked and flung open our door at about 8:00am on a Saturday morning while we were in bed (and not dressed) to "make sure the doors worked okay in the event of a fire." It was extremely embarassing and scary because at the moment, who knew what crackhead was trying to break in' This building is actually one of the prettier ones in that area of Tacoma, but the management makes it very ugly.
