The Walker Apts was a great place to live. I lived here 5 years- from 2001 to 2006, until the new owners kicked everybody out to start renovating the building. I am writing this in defense of the previous owner Bob. He was a really awesome landlord. Sure the place had minor issues-the managers weren't that great-that's why they all got fired! Parking really sucked-hey what do you expect it's downtown Tacoma. But Bob was super cool. In the 5 years I lived there, my rent never went up. Now where can you find a landlord like that''

This is not Walker's Crossing Apartments off of Gallaher View. Please do not get this rating confused with us! We are still open and building new apartments as we speak! Come by and see us.
