I just moved out of the apartments recently. They were nice and decent, but very small on the inside. Only 1 and 2 bedrooms available with older appliances. They started out at $625, but if you want a washer and dryer in unit it's more. They used to pay for cable, they don't anymore. Now you have to pay an additional $25 per 1 bedroom apt for Sewer and garbage a month and $35 for a 2 bedroom.
All this stuff adding up just wasn't worth it anymore. If you have kids, there really isn't anywhere for them to play. There is a patch fo grass around the pool, but nothing great. It's a decent place if you are single or with one other person to live with. Not really a family type place. The managment was always nice though. Never had any problems with noise. Always could hear the neighboring apts though. Super loud! If you have more than one car, you are going to have a parking problem.
