The Problem with the last review is that they fail to identify themselves nor talk about the real reason for their anger. Some residents who were breaking the rules have been asked to leave. If you check with the Tacoma Police Department you will find that Warner Park was not even on the top list of calls for 2007. This is a quiet affordable community with a wonderful Manager who cares very much about her residents. Posting vicious ridiculous accusations because you were asked to leave is childish and slander.

Acutally I'm a current resident. I've never been asked to leave from anywhere. I live alone and keep to myself. I'd like to keep it that way. Everything I stated was factual. They are things I observed and will began taking pictures of if need be. I have nothing against the manager personally. She is a nice person. I wouldn't expect her to be able to control everything each tenant does. I will say they keep the landscaping looking nice and they recently repainted the exterior of the building which looks a lot better. But children continue to run all over the property and make a mess inside the laundry rooms. The crime I observed in the parking lot happened less than a month ago. The storage units being broken into was over a year ago. And the parking is still a problem. I know they can't control everything but this is a public website to post reviews and this is my review of what I have personally experienced.

In your last statement didn't you say you and your roommates cars were keyed? Now your saying you live alone? Which one is it?
