I have lived here for about 8 months, and the only reason I have not moved is because I cannot afford to go anywhere else. On move in, many things where broken or not working, they promised to fix a problem with our window, but it still has not been done. Sometimes when you call to have maitenence done on things it takes 4-5 days to get it done and get it done correctly. The worst part of it is, no washer/dryer in the apartments, and there laundry room is always a mess, getting broken into, and the machines are always full. The windows sweat, and if you dont continually whipe the water up, mold will grow quickly. I have witnessed kids, and grown men pissing on the bushes, and have reported it to the office but nothing has been done to prevent it. The kids are out of control and continuously break into the firehidrent and proceed to spray it all over the cars and apartments. Also if you like loud music then this place will be just right for you, as the neighbors always seem to play there music so loud the utensils in the drawer rattle. The office managment can seem friendly, but you can tell when they dont want to hear it from you. The parking situation is wonderful, never had a problem trying to find a place. I have encounterd some neighbors to be friendly, but alot of them look at you with frowns. I Feel safe here, and sometimes I dont. Overall it has been a horrible experience.
