I'm going to have to agree with everything that's been said about Waverly Farms. I've been here for about 4 months and it seems every week it gets worse and worse. There was a double homicide fifty yards from my apartment, a marijuana growing operation across the street and two of my neighbors have had their cars vandalized...and that's just the beginning.

The day I signed my lease there was no refrigerator in my apartment. Though the complex manager explicitly promised me several improvements would be made to the apartment, nothing ever happened. I was blessed with a dishwasher from the 1950's that likes to crash my dishes together and break them, and some beautiful aluminum frame single pane windows that sweat like crazy no matter how well ventilated you keep the place. Living in Washington state that's a HUGE health hazard.

To get into my apartment I have to walk down a huge muddy hill...unless of course I want to walk 100 yards out of my way to use the walkway--and tell me who wants to do that when bringing groceries into the house' It's almost impossible to not track mud and pine needles into your home.

My neighbors have apparently lost their ability to hear, because they leave their windows wide open and play their gangsta-rap music at full volume. There always seems to be some hood rat fighting with her 'baby-daddy' in the street...screaming at the top of her lungs no less. About two months ago when the news van were parked outside for a week straight because of the murders across the street all of the lovely tenants around me decided to braid each others hair in the parking lots...after having turned all their stereo speakers to face out their windows so everyone could enjoy the lyrical genius of T-Pain and Ludacris. Oh what a joy that was.

In summation, if you're interested in living in an area with a high crime rate, you like to listen to people scream at all hours of the night, you enjoy listening to the jerkface school bus driver honk his horn at 6am, you love smelling your neighbors cigarette smoke waft through your bathroom ventilation unit, you want to walk through the mud to get to your car or mailbox, you crave the sounds of car alarms and police sirens, you like dealing with an incompetent leasing staff, and the thought of your car being broken in to brings you to sheer bliss....welcome to the Waverly Farms Apartment Homes!
