It's hard to find a good place in Tacoma, It's a hit and miss.
At the farms, at lease the grass and areas are picked up every day.
The trash is picked up always.
Any thing that breaks in my apartment gets fixed really fast, and the rent isn't bad at all.
I like that they do monthly events like movie and pizza night.
It's free.
The office staff is always nice I have lived her for about a year and its nice because the same people still work.
At my last apartment, every month I came to pay rent there was someone else in the office.
