The first 2.5 months we lived here, no problems. There were a few things in the place that were messed up: poor appliances, stuff put together poorly, but nothing overwhelming. Staff was nice moving in. Only really one person in the office I didn't like. Eventually, people moved in upstairs who were young and military and didn't take off their boots. I asked the office to talk to them, not to get them into trouble, just mention they are VERY loud. Got better for one week only. Still here the upstairs folks walking around. Parking has gotten worse and worse since we have lived here, not even one assigned parking spot per apartment. The past few weeks we have had a screaming match outside in the parking lot of people who were just moving in. Not to mention the car stereos that make the windows shake.

If you can, move to the north side of Tacoma. Since being here, we have discovered that the north side is tons better than the south side. We were drawn in by the secure gates, I would take the non-secure lot for the nice neighboorhood.
