The staff is nice enough, but the gangs at the entrance at the Circle K cannot be ignored. There is a gate, but is open so much that it's uneffective. I woke up to an angry man shooting his gun in the air about 20 ft. from my apt. window. The staff didn't see a problem with this. 47th St. is on one side and super loud. It's also in the flight path for McChord, again very loud. Not recommended. Too loud and scary. Not much parking either.
