I lived at this facility for one year. I previously wrote the review about it being "Ok for loud, young people". Now that I have moved out officially, I will re-review. This is by far the worst place we have lived, please note, I travel for a living and live in a new place every year or so. I attempt to write partial reviews since we use this web site all the time. The parking is horrible. Inconsiderate folks take up two spots regularly, plus you have no assigned spot. You have to pay for a spot. The noise is unbearable. Dogs are allowed and you can hear a ten pound dog running across the floor above you. Any walking being done above you is heard, step by step by step. If the neighbors are fighting, you hear it. They have a party, you hear it. They play loud video games, you hear it. The grounds are fine considering that your neighbors empty their ashtrays from the car on the parking lot, leave Taco Bell cups on the stairs, etc, etc, etc. The grounds staff have to walk around daily keeping up with it. People pile their garbage outside the bins (couches, chairs, etc) so that you can't get to the garbage bin and the office will notify you that if you leave the bag outside the bin again they will charge you $25 for not putting the bag in the bin. Seriously, they expected us to climb over a chair and a couch that were dirty and wet to get to the bin. Safety was a joke. There is gang activity at the 7-11 just outside the fence, right next to your mail boxes so you feel unsafe getting your mail after dark. The gates didn't work the first 7 months of us being there. To their credit, they did finally get this resolved after 7 months. Construction is fair to bad: fair quality of appliances, fridge is loud, etc. Maintenance was fine, probably the best thing going for the place. Office staff varied depending on the day. Of course, when we moved out, they charged us for cleaning everything. On our move out list everything was listed as dirty and they charged us for touch up paint in the bathroom despite the fact that they were notified of the upstairs neighbor overflowing water and causing damage in our bathroom. That was never fixed by the way. So we ended up owing them nearly $100 after move out after our deposit. I have never in my 10 years of traveling, EVER owed money at move out. Please, if you are still reading, save yourself and don't deal with these people. You will save yourself major amounts of stress.
