I lived at Westridge Apts in 2000-2001 and it was a great place for me. Of course, at the time I paid $600/month for a big one bedroom. It wasn't really big, but perfect for a single girl. I had a great view of the Narrows bridge and my neighbors were generally quiet. Apartment noise is normal. It wasn't intolerable at all. I see a lot of negative feedback on these apartments, but I noticed they were recent posts. I suppose the apt. complex is not as good as it used to be.
