the apartments are okay...kind of small...the area/schools are good...so i guess those two things kind of balance each other out when thinking about what you are getting for your dollar...
on the other hand...everything else about this place sucks...
car theft/vandalism...they boast on site security but the guards are total morons...
the garbage dumpster is exactly 1/2 mile (round trip) from my apartment that means i have to put my smelly trash in my car and drive it there...the pools /spas /gyms are kept in horrible repair...the outdoor pools arent heated at all...which pretty much sucks as it doesnt really get all that hot here in tacoma too many days out of the summer most years...the floor in the indoor pool is full of mildew and is barely heated...no 1st aid kits or emergency phones at any of the pools...the pools and especially the hottubs (that arent really hot tubs as they barely heat them either) are "out of order" very frequently, right now the outdoor spa that i see from my balcony looks like a pond...the water is totally green...they say they have tannign beds but you might as well lay under a lamp in your living room for all the good those beds do...all in all the amenitys suck...oh and nobody scoops their dogs poop or watches their kids around here...the apartment itself is pretty nice though...and the grounds are pretty well kept (flowerbeds grass etc)
