I have lived here at the Westridges for 2 years now and will be leaving here shortly. My husband and I have bought our first home and we are excited about the move. I just wanted to state that my time here at the Westridges was a pleasent one and will miss the great views, helpful staff and, of course, my neighbors. The location here is great and getting around town is easy considering it is this close to the water. It is always nice to have alternate routes when HWY 16 is backed up! This location is close to everything- shopping, eating, the beach, Gig Harbor, etc.. It was nice to sit on my balcony in the early morning, sipping my coffee, gazing at the sound only to be startled by a deer or two under my feet. It was hard to believe that I was at home here in Tacoma. For such a large complex, the staff sure seems to take care of there grounds. Trash has been a concern as of late. When I first moved here there were dumpster carts about every 300 feet or so and that was convenient but also very dirty and troublesome. Garbage was always strewn about and thrashed apon by neighborhood cats and crows. I?ll admit that having the three compactors are more of a hastle while taking out my trash- because they are out of the way- it is in fact, more cleanly than before with less trash strewn around and nothing around for kids to rummage through. The compactors are a better option for a complex of this size. It helps keep the "dumpers" out of the complex which was a pain in the past and the crows away from our houses. The amenities are nice but are aging- would be a lot nicer with a facelift in the near future. All in all, my family has had a wonderful time at the Westridges and would refer anyone I know to them. Another plus is there pet policy, 4 pools and basketball court.

ya if you work for them im sure you will throw in a good word, nice try. And please people check out there break in's a year befor you move in!
