I was living there and at first i was happy, with the veiw and the way they look. They were pricy but i thought it was worth it! Forget it! I had spider problems and they never took care of it. They say within 24 hours or rent is free that day, Yea right! AND My apartment was haunted. Example: My husband's last name is Teston. While in this apartment, we were getting mail and phone calls for an Erin Teston. who we believed died in 1996. We had that number for over 2 years. I went to the cable company and gave them my info to return the box and they asked if my name was erin teston' In all events i was getting freaked out. Everywhere i went people thought i was this girl and it all happened after moving to this apartment. We had bbq's and we had taken some pics with our digital camera, and there was a white orb signafying a ghost! There were stains appearing like footprints on the carpet and we took our shoes off before entering. We got out of the lease bc my husband was going to Iraq, and i wasnt staying in this apartment by myself! Dont do it!

OK...I agree with you that the complex is overpriced, whatever, but haunted? I think us somewhat sane people call your experience with Ms. Erin Teston...COINCIDENCE!!
