I have lived at the Westridges for the past 4 years and have had minimal problems compared to the number of apartments and residents they have to manage on a daily basis.

There was a time for about a year where my wife and I thought that we would be moving at the end of our lease because up keep on the grounds was slipping and not to mention the turnover in staff.

I am on a first name basis with many of the office and maintenance staff and I feel well taken care of and it is nice to be able to come to the manager with any problems and know that they know who I am and really want to take care of me and my family.

It depends on where you live in the complex. People who live near the managers office have better service and more peace and quiet. Obviously for sales reasons....
