They are super nice!!!
to get you in the door, like any were is. They even gave us frist months rent free! We ended up with a eviction
notice on our door a 2 weeks later. They never called !! Nothing!! When we went down they explained we owed move in fees. OK no big deal. But it would have been easier to be up front about it, dont you think. Not to metion they tryed to charge 100.00 for these fee we had no idea we owed were late.
They place was very drity , i thought no big deal , nothing we cant clean. I do wonder why they charge a non-refundble cleaning charge, if no cleans it inbetween moves.
The closets were the worst!! If you have kids be careful dont let them touch them they will fall out on top of them. Even though they have been fixed many times and were told a new doors were on the way, we never seen it fixed.
If things do break, they also suggest you try fixing it your self. Which is fine if the whole place didnt come apart and you have no job and LOTS OF SPARE time to do it all. Whats the point of renting if they want you to fix your apartment your self. Ill go buy a house when i want to fix every thing.
I could go on and on but im sure you get the point.
