I accused the manager of taking unfair advantage after telling me that my rent would be hiked up by more than $140 on renewing my lease. Ive been here for 6 months and it was ok (except for all the extra fees you HAVE to pay, (including insurance, water, sewer, garbage, electricity, internet, phone) except that now I have to move all my stuff and resume the arduous search for a new place to put it. Save your time and your money. These people are running a bait and switch scam! They will sign you up on one deal and betray you if they think they can get more money from a new tenent. Save your time and money!
