I'm moving when my lease is up in August

I have lived here for 4 years and it's gotten worse every year and I can't take it anymore. The water bill is CRAZY!! I am paying for other people's water usage!!!! My car was stolen from the apartment complex last month. Someone tried to break into my apartment. Bookkeepers keep horrible records and will put a three day to vacate on your door for a balance of $1.28. Parking is a nightmare. Don't invite friends over because they will not have a place to park. Don't move in here!!!! You will regret it big time.
