Where to start' These are not luxury apartments! The office staff (especially J) couldn't be more helpful when you're looking to rent but as soon as you've signed on the dotted line you're on your own. I will say that the maintenance guys are the most helpful I've seen. A typical situation' They closed all the pools on July 4th without forewarning and of course the office was closed that day. When I went in the next day to complain the manager wasn't in and hasn't been able to take my calls. When you call the Equity Residential customer service line (888-377-7371) you can only leave a message. Now they've added the water & garbage to your bill but it's not on an individual basis so even if you conserve water and recycle you will be paying the same as everyone else. I've had my apt burglarized and know that others have had their cars broken into. In the 2 years I've been here the crime has gotten steadily worse.

Your are so very right and there should be something we can do about this ,nothing is clean and up and running and of all days when you are off and want to enjoy the pool and other facilities they close it all !
