When I first moved into these apartments 10 months ago I thought they were beautiful and the staff was so friendly during the move in process.
But now, ten months later I can only say this:
If you want your apartment to be micromanaged...
If you want to feel unwelomed...
If you want to live in an apartment with really old utilites that half the time don't work...
If you want to hear your neighbors walking, talking, having sex...

This would be the apartment complex for you.

On top of these horrible experiences I have had, they will take every opportunity to invade your privacy and make you feel as if its THEIR apartment and you are just house sitting.

Last but not least, the burglary issue is a huge issue here. Between July 2006 to July 2007 there have been over 130 crimes in this complex (reference Pierce County Police Reports)...I can't even leave any windows open for fear of an intruder.

These apartments are not safe, the staff pretends to be nice but really aren't (and who tend to be nosey), the appliances of the apartments aren't competitive with other places for the prices you will pay in rent. I suggest looking elsewhere.

If you do move in though, I have this advice, stick up for yourself and keep your doors locked and windows locked!
