The worst....

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Took 4 months for them to fix the hole in my deck, and that only happened because I withheld a portion of my rent until they did the job. Car was broken into twice. The flower beds looked nice, but in 18 months the only person who ever swept the stairwell was me. Dumpster was often overflowing with garbage with nothing being icked up by staff for days. Even worse on holidays.
