I lived here for a year and my boyfriends car got stolen, we always had problems parking, the staff were always rude, they continuously sent us bills for stuff they claimed we "owed", they wouldn't give us any of our security deposit back and the walls are paper thin! The apartment itself wasn't worth the 810 we paid a month PLUS utilites! The carpet was stained throughout the entire apartment, the windows had mold on them, the bath started to get moldy and the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom looked like they were thrown together!AND they always sent out letters saying someones apartment was broken into...this probably happened about every 4 months!

I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL, I AM DEALING WITH THAT ISSUE RIGHT NOW ACTUALLY. ME AND MY FIANCE JUST MOVED OUT OF THERE 2 WEEKS AGO AND MANAGEMENT JUST SENT US A LETTER SAYING THAT ON TOP OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WE PAID WE OWE THEM $250 MORE. BULL! YOURE RIGHT ON ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH THE APARTMENT. WHEN WE MOVED IN THE CARPETS WERE NOT REPLACED OR EVEN PROPERLY CLEANED AND WE FOUND THAT OUT AFTER ONLY 2 WEEKS OF BEING THERE WHEN BLACK SPOTS STARTING SHOWING UP. THEY EVEN KNEW THAT THE CARPETS WERE BAD AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE US FOR CLEANING AND REPACING THEM. THEY ARE IN FOR A BIG FIGHT WHEN I GO AND TALK TO THEM!
