The bookkeeping is so accurate!

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years. The whole time we have had nothing but problems and issues with the management. The office staff changes more than the weather, there is not one single person left in that office that was there when we moved in. The bookkeeping is horrid. They constantly misplace payments, post to wrong accounts or to the wrong bill (ie: rent is posted to the water/sewer/garbage bill and vice versa) so you ALWAYS HAVE A RUNNING BALANCE THAT IS OVERDUE! Constant 3 day notices left on our door, office manager and bookkeeper obviously don't talk because we called to find out about renewing our lease the bookkeeper told my husband one thing and the office manager said another. We are moving out next month at the end of our lease. We just got a letter in the mail about the w/s/g and our "closing bill" is $122 IN ADDITION TO THE REGULAR W/S/G BILL which is usually around $70, what the hell' Apparently when you pay your w/s/g with your rent at the beginning of the month, that balance is FOR THE BILL SIX MONTHS AGO!'!''!!!!!! How can 1 month of w/s/g for a 1000sqft apartment be $122 $70'''''''''
These apartments are overpriced for what they are...and the maintenance is/was horrible. We live in a 2nd story apartment, when we moved in our deck was BROKEN you would touch it and it wobbled horribly. I would not let my son or our dog out there for fear they would come crashing down to the ground. We called the office consistently after noticing that AND NO ONE CAME TO FIX IT after many promises to do so. About a year later the people above us on the 3rd story had just moved in-the husband was outside on his deck unpacking items into their storage closet when all of a sudden we heard this loud crash that shook the whole building. His entire deck crashed to the ground, TAKING HIM WITH IT, 3 stories below. My husband was the first one on the scene to him and he was sure this poor guy was dead because he was not moving at all. 911 was summoned and they took him to the ER where we followed (they were new in town and thought we would help). Luckily the guy ended up being ok but only because he was a martial arts instructor and in very good shape, anyone else would have been seriously injured.... but it took THAT INCIDENT to get the Westridges to fix everyones deck, when we had screamed about it numerous times before, it took that to do the job. How very sad.
Stay far away from this place.....

Wow, the crap this poster is dealing with is very similar to StonePointe. They have no idea how to not "misplace" payments.
