i've lived at Westridge for more than enough time to know how bad everything is.

I gave parking a 3 only because I live near the street where there's guest parking. However, if you live further back, expect your roommate or guest to walk a few minutes. Also, in the parking lot are dumpsters. These dumpsters are always overflowing with trash, so expect your garbage to be vulnerable to identity thieft.

I rated noise at a 3. I live on the top floor, so I don't have as much trouble with noise. the only noise I hear is people in the stairway arguing and fighting. It's pretty ghetto for apartments that cost $1000 /month.

The grounds i gave a 2. I can't believe I pay for this crap!!! they have hot tubs that are cold, and pools that are over chlorinated. The over chlorination literally burns your eyes and skin. The head groundskeeper admitted taht he over chlorinates the pools on the weekends so he doesn't have to do it as often. They just updated the gym, but it's still not worth the extra money. They have a kid play area, but that doesnt keep them from throwing around baseballs in the parking lot, possibly damaging cars.

Safety I gave a 2. It's nearly a 1. Every Christmas there are car break-ins. Shattered glass lines the parking lots. There's been peeping toms and a few burglaries. One day I work up to the swat team busting down the neighbors door. I guess he was dealing drugs. A few times i was up late and someone tried to open my door with their key. I'm not sure if they were drunk or testing to see if i was home. I've had to call the police a couple times because of violent fights in the parking lots. Their night security is a joke. I called them once because there was a weird guy in the parking lot. They told me to call the police. I didn't feel it was a police matter, but whatever! The mailboxes aren't that secure and the local post office doesnt have available po boxes. I'm probably missing something on this topic, but you get the idea

construction'!'!'! A JOKE...A JOKE!!!!! It's really hot in the summer and even in the winter, without heat on!!! I don't notice a savings on electricity either. One winter we had a wind storm and shingles blew off of the roof. I'll admit, it was pretty bad, but after i reported a water leak in the ceiling, it took them 1 week to respond. Then it took them 3, yes THREE, weeks to finish patching the damage. They fixed the ceiling alright, I'll upload a photo of their excellent handy work. If this was my house, we would be in court. Our folding doors to the washer/dryer always fall off. i don't even want to bother having the creepy maintance people come fix it. Plumbing is a joke. 2 flushes...that's all i'll say.

The staff has no clue what is going on. I call them to place a workorder and they act like i'm the problem. They'll sigh on the phone and be down right rude. They also hold packages in the office if they're too large for the mailbox. They wont call to nitify you that they received a package and they say they will only hold a package for 2 weeks, then return it to sender. i order a lot of stuff, so sometimes i might lose track of an item. It would be nice for them to call and remind me. I went into the office to see if they had my package. I told them my apartment number and my address. The lady helping me acted like I was a problem. She cut off my sentences to ask me to repeat the apartment number. How hard is it to remember 4 characters' then she had me look for it in this room. I probably could have claimed any package in there and make off with something good.

overall my experience has been a 2. I have always told my friends to look elsewhere. I am paying month to month because I plan on moving out very, very soon. They raised rent 15% making it $1040 a month for a year lease. I can buy a $175k house for a couple hundred more....or for what I pay month to month. if you can afford to live here...buy a house!!!

Every complaint stated here is correct. I will be moving at lease end and wouldn't refer anyone to Westridge.
