I have lived here for a few years and have seen this complex go further and further down the drain. Crime is outrageous!!! My car has been broken into 3 time since I've lived here. My neighbors house was broken into while she was home with her newborn baby!!!! The old man who calls himself security is usually sleeping in the golf cart by the trash compactor at night. Management doesn't care about the residents. They care about MONEY and MONEY only. Melissa talks down to people when she's talking to you. Leanne trys to date every military man that walks in there. Donna is a man dressed as a woman. Wendy is scared of everything and can't count very well. Oh and the trash...They charge really high prices for water sewer and garbage but the compactor here always is overflowing and trash piles up outside of it. That's what we're paying for' Water...they turn the sprinklers on 2 times every night even though it rains buckets here in the winter. The need for sprinklers is unknown to me but again that's what we're paying for. I have been refusing to pay my water sewer trash bill for several months. I will continue to not pay it too. They waste water and the trash piles up so I'm not going to pay for that. They get my rent from the military and that's all I will pay for. THEY CAN'T TURN YOUR WATER OFF!!!!!!!! I encourage everyone to stop paying the water bill. A former office staff told me that people just write "apply to rent only" on their checks and money orders for their rent each month so that their water bills go unpaid. If you're not in the military I encourage you to do this!!! For those of us in the military, there are several of us who just refuse to pay for it. This place is a hell whole for the amount of money they charge.

my husband is army and im going to keep paying for the water,sewer and garbage because well i dont want to be kicked out and them taking out the money from RPP. maybe they cant do that but they can call me and bug me about. trust me all those woman at the leasing office are stupid. i call almost everyday to get something fixed. i cant wait to move out. I wish i didnt have to pay for that but i have too. I have to walk to the trash to throw my stuff away because i dont drive. It sucks, because i have to hawl my 2 year to walk with me to throw the trash. i only go now when its not raining. i already told on them to the BBB but they refused to resolve my issue so the BBB closed my case as unresolved. Whatever! Im going to JAG ASAP!

Yeah those girls in there are a bunch of monkeys...I'm affriad they are going to try to take my deposit for some bull that I didn't do. they already "lost" the sheet i filled out that had all the problems in the apartment when I moved in. then tell me that the one i have was filled out too late and that they never got it. I can't believe it! Do these girls get commision for ripping ppl off or something? Marie I'll join u in on this BBB complaint. These ppl got something comming...for sure sometime soon.. I can't believe how they try to rip me off for every little thing. Once a maintance guy came knocking on the door and then helped himself in. claiming that I asked for a work order. The funny thing is..I NEVER DID. what if the "breaking in" is actually from the maintance staff? I totaly agree about the whole leanne thing. I can't believe how unprofessional these girls are. I don't know which girl this is but one definatly talks to me like I'm stupid. Listen women..I know how much money I paid..and how much you took. Even with proof they have some lame excuse its like..they live in their own little world of stupididy and incompetance.

yes this place has gone down hill over the years i've lived here. and there are plenty of apartment places that are out there i'm sure cant make everyone happy. but it's the real world money is involved in everything. so be grown ups and pay your bills and you wont have problems. dont blame your lack of paying bills on the front office people they are just doing their jobs. its kinda lame when people just try to blame everything on other people. and yes ok your military so duh you should know how to pay your bills just like the other non military people out there. I do agree that melissa talks down to people way to much, donna can be very unfriendly, leanne is friendly and what she does in her life is her choice...

I know that everybody has problems and people that live around you annoy the crap out of you. trust me the dude that lived upstairs walked on the floor so hard I thought he was going to come through it. Not only that but it sounded like he was throwing canned goods on the floor in the kitchen and slamming cabinents and stuff. I had a lot of problems in my apartment. I complained about them and nothing hardly ever got done. I never had to really deal with the other staff except melissa. She has never talked down to me but rather talked to me in a way to make me feel like she understood what I was going through or how I felt about my stuff not being fixed. But yet mysteriously hardly anything would get fixed. This went on for months. So I turned in my paper to break my lease. Melissa told me she would let the manager know and she didnt. So I went to RPP. Finally they called her and we went in there to talk to Donna. She was very nice about the whole situation. And took care of everything. I had put up a post before and some how it got deleted so I will say the same thing I said before. I hear everybody complaining and saying how the manager is rude. Have you ever considered that maybe its the way you come at someone about your problems. Honestly if someone came at you all ticked off and rude, wouldnt you get an attitude back. I have no clue about the other staff cause like I said I have never had to deal with them other than maybe ask a question or two and they were never very rude to me at all. And if you dont pay your bills they cant shut off your water but they can take you to court. Not only that but you will end up having to pay more because of it being late and court fees and everything else because you signed an agreement that you had to pay water, sewer and trash. Just a suggestion. Every apartment complex you go to has problems. You run into all sorts of stuff including rude people. Like the other person said thats the real world. You aint gonna have peace and quiet unless you buy your own house and even then your still gonna have problems and probably rude neighbors. but the only difference is you will have to fix your own problems. Yes westridges have problems but so does every other apartment complex. I moved out of there and Im in a new place and I still have problems with noisy neighbors and their aggressive dogs and stuff had to be fixed here too. So maybe ya'll should stop complaining and actually do something about it. Im not being rude Im just giving some good advice. As far as break ins the apartments cant control that. Excuse my french but its the retarded idiots who dont wanna get a real job. But like I was saying they dont have to have security gaurds and most places dont. Its a part of life. But here is some advice. If you have a problem with your apartment put it in writting and take it up to the office make two copies and have them sign both copies. Then if they dont fix it you have proof you told them about it. Its in the Landlord Tenant act. So that is my suggestion to you. Have a blessed day.

holy crap..... apts can have some problems, but good things are usually supposed to balance out the bad things. and that is definitely not the case at the westridges. though i have never really had a problem with the staff, (except for that one chick talking to me like i'm the dumbest person on the planet) there are many many many other problems i have had since moving in. the noise and the trash being one of them..oh ya and the outrageously high sewage bill that seems to go up every month...i'll still pay my bills..but only because i'm moving out at the end of this month (thank god :) ) but to be honest i think a lot of ppl come on this website to vent. which is fair because the management doesn't seem to care or listen.
