I have been here 3 months and this is truly the worst place I have ever lived. The neighbors have absolutely no respect for other tenants. Loud music, slamming doors 24 hrs a day. The folks upstairs are like a herd of elephants bouncing across the floor. It gets so bad that objects have actually rattled off of my bookshelves.

Both my vehicles have been broken into. My jeep twice, my other car once. Thanks to all the glass claims and 700 in deductibles I am stuck here. My kitchen sink has been leaking for two weeks now and no response has been made after several calls to the office. Now it is molding and mildew is growing and starting to smell. Only a matter of time before it goes through the floor and affects the apt below. Grounds maintenance is non existent. Not once since fall started, have I seen any leaves raked or picked up. Constantly getting tracked in the apt. Trash and debris is left on the stairwells to include beer cans, discarded bottles of booze. Both of which I have found on the bumpers of my vehicles. Household garbage bags left by doors, even broken or old furniture is sitting out by doorways that I have noticed on other buildings.
After more investigation of the surrounding area, there are other complex's to be found with a lot less crime, better service, newer, lager, and rental payments about two to three hundred less a month. The Westridge is unfortunately a very poor property in a great area. I would not recommend it to anyone, There are much better Apartments at a much more reasonable price if you check around.

I agree with you about what you say. I'm sorry to say that I actually live in a 2nd floor apartment...so I know that my poor neighbors downstairs...hear alot of noise from us. People don't always realize that they are being noisy...but I do constantly tell my kids to walk softly and to turn the knobs to shut the doors quietly. But they are kids....they never do it!!! So maybe your neighbor doesn't mean to be noisy either. But as far as the management of this place....you are right...they suck!!!
