My life at the Westridge.. From the start I called and got a wonderful lady named Leeanne on the phone! She showed us a apartment that was to our needs! Ground Floor because of all my kids, & a wonderful kitchen! Later that night my husband & I went back to our hotel & talked about it! I was sold! The very next day before I could call and tell her that we was interrested! She called me!! I didn't expected for her to call me but she did.... We where in our apartment in less then a week from the time I called her! I do have to say that most of the staff at the westridge is hard working on what they do on a day to day bases! If I had any questions at all, I would call up to the office and ask to speak with Leeanne, and she would help me out! I swear I think that the office has a special ring for me when I call! LOL If it was a work order they was out there to my apartment before the end of the day! They are friendly and caring! So we lived in that apartment for about 4 months, and guess what it FLOODED.. Now I say flooded I mean it really flooded! Now you might be thinking 'okay your apartment flooded the westridge will not do anything to help you because you signed a lease for a yr'... Right' WRONG.. Let me tell you I called the office around 4:30 pm and I had people at my door while I was still on the phone with the office! They very quickly got my family & I in another apartment, and even helped us move our things out of the old one and in the new one! And we didn't have to sign a nother whole year lease... It still went off of our old one! I love the westridge, I feel safe here while my husband is deployed, and I feel like the staff (leeanne) has become part of my family! You read reviews and alot of people have there storys to tell... But you got to think, if you get a high bill or if you don't pay a bill and your lights get turned off you get mad at the person on the other end of the phone when they say 'they can't turn it back on until your bill is paid' right' Yeah I know because I have been there! So if someone gets mad at someone just doing there job here at the westridge they are going to write a bad review' Correct'' Well, I would just like to say if you want a good friendly, life here at the westridge go to Leeanne.. She will go out of her way to make sure that you get what you like.... I love her.... And no I am not --- or anything like that, but she is all around great and does a great job on what she does!

Okay... I am glad that you think so highly of leeanne! Personaly I like how shee treats my family & I! And as far as my husband goes, He doesn't do that to his wife sorry if yours did that to you but mine wont! And leeanne doesn't do that to her friends! Yes I said her friends!!! My husband & I are both good friends of leeannes! So instead of saying stuff anonymously maybe you should use your user name! I mean, are you trying to inply that leeanne slept with your husband?? Well if that is the case you should be mad at your husband & not leeanne! And so what if she loves the military men! I do too.. Nothing wrong with that! So get over yourself!

"And no I am not --- or anything like that" - first of all, that's offensive. "Or anything like that"... As if you're implying that being --- is something that you'd have to explain or apologize for. I don't think anyone read into what you wrote what you read into it yourself. Not sure if you're familiar with the area, but being --- isn't something that is considered taboo or negative around here. Maybe in your home state, but not Washington. I've never encountered a Leanne, she may be very nice. And, I'm glad that you've had a good experience. I think the issues aired on this forum go beyond who is "nice" or not. I think we're all adult enough to start talking in terms of efficiency and ethics. Their responses to complaints are inefficient and inconsistent. When it comes down to money, I don't care how nice the office staff is. When they're attempting to charge me for things that I didn't do, nor do they have any proof of - it's a problem. I don't think anyone who has posted is saying that everyone in the front office is inefficient. I also think it'd be ignorant of the readers to think that out of the 600 or so units, that every one has had serious issues. Mathematically improbable. The problem is, when there are problems - they're serious, and they're not easily resolved. So, who is nice and who sleeps with another's husband is childish - I agree. As well as posting anonymously. I'm serious when it comes to my money, though. My husband works hard, puts his neck on the line - and I expect those who are a military contractor - or who are trusted to deal with Soldiers and their families to act appropriately. And, with the exception of Leanne apparently - the Westridges haven't lived up to that standard. When I post, I post seriously. I'm not just on here to be venomous, or hold a grudge. I'm warning others to watch their $. If I can spare a family the crap that we've gone through, then I'm a happy camper. I will continue to tell the TRUTH (biased only by my own true experiences).
