me and my husband have been living at the westridge for sometime now.. and let me tell you this place is not A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE.. we have had numerous issues with our neighbors that have yet to be fixed by the office staff.. i have even talked to the manager ----- and nothing has yet to get better with our neighbors. I feel like they just tell you anything you want to hear while you are in the office complaining but as soon as you walk out they roll their eyes at you and go on with their days... I'm very disappointed especially in the manager -----.. i would hate to work for a company that doesnt care for their residents.. cause equity sure doesn't no matter what they say.. it's --------.... so we will be moving soon and i cant wait. i will tell all my friends and my husbands soldiers dont live at THE WESTRIDGE OR EQUITY PROPERTIES. I feel like the only two people in the office that have been friendly and care what you have to say are ------- and leanne but that isnt enough to make me wanna continue to live with a manager running the place that doesnt care!!! i will be talking to housing office because i can't continue to live with my neighbors...

----- is full of crap...and anybody who defends her can leave their info below mine and we can meet in the street and talk...these apartments are outrageous and everybody knows it, at least the ones with a brain and do not care about their living situation..I am not on here to bash these apartments...i call em like i seem em..and i know some people would say "well move to a house" ummm i would move t a house, I have the money for it...but my husband is in the military and he moves every 3 to 4 years, so there is no use until we are out of the military....so MISS ME WITH THE BULL....THESE APARTMENTS SUCK

i totally agree with all this.. and i have my own opinions for the office staff to add.... the only nice and good ones in the office are ------- and ------- but for some reason i havent seen them in the office lately. it seems that ----- (----------- manager) is losing her good, nice workers and keeping the trashy, rude, fat, cracked out looking workers instead.. ummm way to go westridge god i can't wait until my husband gets his PCS orders so we can move away from the westridge and wa state. and i will make sure RPP knows how rude and unprofessional the staff and ----- are....

Honestly, folks. It's important to stick to facts when you're complaining. The whole "fat, cracked out" comment doesn't lend you any credibility. I want this to be an example of real complaints so that when I print them off and take them in - they hold water. The only reason why you should be criticizing these people are if they don't do their job or if they're rude. Not if they don't meet your superficial physical standards. Do I think the manager is the worst manager I've ever seen? Yes. Are the office staff inefficient? Yes. They don't even pretend to care. I had to remind one to write my name, number and apt number down the other day. That's the type of people we're working with here - she wasn't going to write down my info. What's that tell ya? Do I think all of the workers are attractive there? That's not the point. I can't imagine what it would be like to be at your place of employment and have people/customers treat you differently because they don't think you're attractive - or, that they think you're 'cracked out'. I think we need to hold ourselves to a higher standards, people. As the saying goes "Better to remain silent and let others think you're a fool, rather than speak and remove all doubt". If you'd actually like to make a valid complaint, with others who are just as frustrated as you - please feel free to contact: we.need.resolution@gmail.com Instead of insults, list specific instances/names/dates. And, make sure you're crossing your t's and dotting your i's. We can get things changed, we just need to go about it in the right way.
