Pro's & Con's - I lived in a 2 bd/2ba for about 2 yrs here. I rarely had a problem and when there was any maintenance issues, they were resolved that day. Don't believe the facade! MICE INFESTATIONS, constant sudden FLOODING, unexplained electrical issues, unpersonable staff who doesn't follow through, disgusting laundry facilities (sometimes pranksters put stuff in the machines to ruin peoples clothes or just steal them).

I lived there is 1992. I think the Koontz family managed the apartments then. They were the same way back then. Rent for a 1 bedroom was $350 back in the day.

cleaning up. Paint peeling away, filty stairs and
constant break ins. They hired a security guy to drive
around at night. Much better than doing something about
the tiny locks on the doors.
