Living in UP is great! But to find quiet, clean, safe community is not that easy even in University Place. been here for close to two years. Love it! Since spring of 2012 we got new Manager, we did not believe in her, since we had few changed over last 6 month. The post from 2-10-13 is acurate. Roachs everywhere. Ask for help they hand you a spray bottle. They wont pay for a dumpster so they make the tenents put there garbage on the ground in front of there door and pick it up at there leasure. Do ya think this practice MAY cause a roach problem??

I love living at Madrona... I love living at Madrona Pointe because it is close to the college I attend. Also, they have a sauna in the clubhouse which is awesome! The staff is really nice and funny!
