You get two months of free rent to live in a pit hole just to pay over 900 dollars for a year. Not Worth Money - this place is a slum , I have lived here long enough to deal with gun shootings, cops in and out, and drug dealer neighbors. The landlord moves in her friends and they pay no rent. You get two months of free rent to live in a pit hole just to pay over 900 dollars for a year.
