Since having new management EVERYTHING has gone down hill except the rent! They have not fixed problems in apartments such as refridgerators, broken railings on stairs, broken stairs that caused me to fall (That causesed the broken railings), Roof leaks, A swimming pool that is closed half the summer And if you complain They reccomend you MOVE OUT!
And the review that was posted recently giving such high reviews for being here four years ANANYMOUSLY!!! I suspect that was the MANAGER!!! HA what a joke!!!

P.S. In the last year they've become hostile towards children!

I live there too and I totally agree!!! I live in a two bed apt so it's 2 floors. Anyways I have a upstair storage room which is missing the door (that way it'll look like a closet)....It's been over 6 mos now and they still haven't don't ----. why should I have to be the one to keep calling them to have it done. Parking space is the most suckest thing here. In the beginning it all seem like a good place but I can't afford to move out. Besides that....i know that it ain't a drug-free area. My neighbors next door, I swear, be smoking weed. The smell be coming through into my bathroom which really stinks. I have kids and I'm pregnant. ----, if you're pregnant...you can smell everything!!! Gosh!! What the hell is going on here!!!!!

If you don't like then move out. Hello this is a low income housing for you. At least they are trying to fix up the place. Go look at other low incom areas. I totally understand what they are going through. When it comes to the pool, well i see all the people who go swimming not abidding by the rules, having drinks and babies with diapers on..come on people do you really want to swim in a crap infested pool. You must have just moved here cause you should of seen the place before.

I've lived here for 15 years which I know is longer than any of you. I have had my good and bad times in this place, but I must honestly say that since they have had a new manager things have completely turned around. He knows his job and is very professional. It puts me at ease. I'm an old lady and the management has come to my place personally to solve issues I have and even replaced my appliances with new ones and took care of my carpet. I can say that I am content here and I feel sorry for young people that aren't happy with their lives so they say mean and horrible things. I hope you find a place were you can be happy.

It sounds like the management should spend less time writing up false comments on this site and spend MORE time trying to fix up his place. I was considering moving in here because I really like the layout of the two bedrrom/one bath...but with all the drama on these comments alone...I think I'll stay far, far away. It shouldn't matter if it is low income housing or not...you should STILL fix maintenance problems, you should treat your good tennants with respect/courtesy and have enough balls to kick out the trouble makers. Thanks for being honest!
